In order to give the best affordable and cost-effective price it is best to give an estimate in person after going over the project and speaking with you on the details.

 

Please understand that estimates given over the phone or through email, without a proper look at the work site and discussion of the work to be done, are not final prices. The overall cost of the project is subject to change.

Sometimes when we arrive at the project site we discover that the situation is not exactly as it was described over the phone. This means that the work to be done must be reassessed. Possible reasons for the change in price include: change of equipment needed, window type, special coatings on exterior or windows, extra safety precautions needed due to size and shape of building etc...all of which will be discussed before the project starts.

Here at Summers Window Cleaning and Landscaping we want to make sure that we do the best possible job for you and give you the best available price. In order to do this our employees will speak with you to develop a project plan. The discussion will include the types of services desired, if extra tools are necessary, any specific requests or instructions from the client, how long a project can take, the budget and final price.
